Because our products are personal hygiene items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety of all customers.

Returns:

Unopened Items: You may return unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Opened Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on toothbrushes or replacement heads once the vacuum seal or packaging has been tampered with, unless the product is defective.
